Tips eliminate nail fungus with salt

Nail fungus is characterized by discoloration of the nail becomes thickened, yellowish, brittle nails, or nails regardless.

However, there are way more cheap and easy to cure fungus on the nails, using salt.
1. cut toenails to reduce as much as possible the infected nail fungus.
This will help so that salt can reach the affected areas the mushrooms more efficiently.
2. put warm water into a basin for feet with enough water to soak your toes.
Make sure the water is not too hot so that the foot does not burn.
3. Roll a small towel and place it under the heel to make sure all fingertips inundated.
4. Add 1 cup of hydrogen peroxide into water and then dip a toe into the water.
5. Lift the toes wet out of water and pour the granules of salt on top of the toes.
Leave it on for about three minutes before placing your toes back into the water forsoaking.

6. put back the toes into the water basin and soak for 30 minutes.
7. Lift the toes from a solution of salt and pat dry with a towel. Gentle massage of the feet and toes to help increase blood circulation to the area.
8. Apply one or two drops of vinegar into the top of the infected nail. Avoid wearing shoes or socks. If you must go out, wear sandals or flip flops.
9. repeat the soaking with salt 30 minutes daily or as often as possible until the nail fungus disappeared.
It is advised to continue doing soaking your toes with salt at least once a week to prevent a yeast infection came back.
