Vitamin D deficiency is not only bad for bone health, but also resulted in a variety ofother illnesses that cause premature death. Such research results from the Copenhagen University Hospital, Denmark.

The researchers concluded when exposed to the rays of the morning sun, the skin produces vitamin d. evidence suggests that sunlight has a positive effect on health, but the burning rays of the Sun should be avoided because it increases the risk of skin cancer.
Research from 1976 until 2014 this involves 96,000 people from the population of Denmark. Vitamin D levels measured using blood samples and specific genetic defects are also examined.
