Learn About The Different Types And How To Prevent Kidney Inflammation

Around the world, it turns out that people with the highest kidney inflammation, that is 50-55 percent, are Asian and African people. But unfortunately not many people know how to prevent it.
The condition of kidney inflammation is determined by the cause and the area on the affected kidney. This condition is sometimes not preceded any real symptoms.Therefore, it is important to recognize two main types of kidney inflammation and recognize the symptoms and how to prevent it.

- The side effects of certain antibiotics, such as penicillin and ampicillin.
- The levels of potassium in the blood is too little and the levels of calcium or uric acid are too high.
Symptoms include fever, blood in the urine, rash, nausea and vomiting, confusion, fatigue/sleepy, go down or rise in the volume of urine, swelling of the limbs, as well as added weight due to fluid buildup. Avoiding Kidney Inflammation
Based on the cause, a risk of kidney inflammation in General can be prevented by following ways:
- Self checking immediately if you experience an infection that resulted in a sore throat.
- High blood pressure are at risk of causing disorders of the kidneys. Therefore, always control your blood pressure.
- Some types of kidney inflammation caused by infections, such as hepatitis and HIV, then it is important to avoid the consumption of illegal drugs with a syringe.
- Prevent diabetic nephropathy by controlling blood sugar levels.
- Avoid consumption of certain drugs in the long term that could trigger the condition of interstitial nephritis, such as acetaminophen and aspirin.
- Limit the consumption of water and salt to relieve high blood pressure and swelling.
- Stop smoking.
- Maintain ideal body weight
Check with your doctor immediately if you experience symptoms such as outlined above. But that does not mean that haven't felt any symptoms considered to be free from the risk of kidney inflammation. The most important thing is the effort of a lifestyle change to reduce conditions that can trigger kidney disorders.
